Items purchased Friday-Sunday (6 PM MST the latest) will be shipped out on Monday.
Items purchased Monday-Thursday will be shipped out on Friday or Saturday.
Please keep in mind holidays will impact this timeframe.
If you have an issue with your order (not as described, etc) please message me as soon as possible for us to work together on a solution. I do my best to provide detailed descriptions on what you are receiving and provide multiple images of the item. However I am human and do make mistakes. I appreciate your understanding and willingness to work with me.

❌ NO holds! I sell on multiple platforms on a first come, first serve basis.
All items are lint rolled prior to being packaged. However I do have a dog that is half husky and that means his hair is literally everywhere and the chances of a hair or two getting by are VERY likely. If you are not okay with this please do not purchase from me.
✔️ Please wash and/or sage your items upon receiving them. I do not wash items prior to packaging unless they are from my own wardrobe. This is to prevent allergies (from laundry detergent, etc) or unpleasant smells (you may not prefer the smell of my detergent, etc). It is your responsibility to ensure cleanliness and safety of your new item - just as if you were thrifting in person!
